Kuwait will proudly host the second edition of the Society of Petroleum Engineers Kuwait Oil & Gas Show (KOGS 2015) from 11 – 14 October 2015 at Kuwait International Fair in Mishref, Kuwait.
More than 3,400 participants from around the globe are expected to attend the exhibition and conference, which takes place under the patronage of the Prime Minister of the State of Kuwait His Highness Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.
Following the huge success of the inaugural event held in 2013, KOGS 2015 is again set to be the largest gathering of the international oil and gas industry in Kuwait. The event will provide unprecedented opportunities for energy professionals to discuss business and address the technical issues that challenge oil and gas professionals operating in Kuwait and the Middle East, and overarching industry issues such as HSE, security, human relations and training.
KOGS 2015 is a collaborative effort between the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and Allworld Exhibitions member Arabian Exhibition Management. The synergy between this leading professional society and experienced exhibition organiser ensures a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary technical programme coupled with a world-class exhibition of oil and gas products and services.
Kuwait’s national oil company, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC), is the official supporter for this prestigious event. Nizar Al-Adsani, KPC Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, will serve as chairman of the 2015 executive committee. The conference is currently inviting members of industry-related associations and organisations from around the globe to support its overall mission and objectives.
KPC and its subsidiaries will occupy a flagship stand at the 10,000 sqm plus exhibition, joining over 180 other companies.
